Research

DDRC research programmes cover a wide spectrum of clinical and translational research, including studies on epidemiology, biofluid markers, brain imaging, neurogenetics, genotype-phenotype correlations, patientspecific stem cells, disease course, neuropsychology, drug trials, nonpharmacological interventions and health service research.

DDRC – organisation

Located at Rigshospitalet and based in the Department of Neurology, the Danish Dementia Research Centre (DDRC) comprises three sections: Copenhagen Memory Clinic, Dementia and Neurogenetics Research Unit and the National Info & Education Centre.

In 2010 and again in 2014 Danish Dementia Research Centre was awarded the "Global Excellence in Health".
